Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PENTAFRONT (the “App”) handles information when you use it on an iPhone or iPad. The App is provided by Jilin Yingshuo Future Digital Technology Co., Ltd (the “Developer”).

2. Information We Collect

The Developer does not collect personal information or usage data through the App. In particular, the App does not collect or transmit:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials;
• precise or approximate location;
• contacts, photos, media, or other user files;
• advertising identifiers or information used for tracking;
• gameplay analytics, advertising data, or crash reports through a third-party SDK; or
• payment or purchase information.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores a small amount of game information locally on your device so that it can remember your choices and progress. This may include:

• completed campaign levels and best completion times;
• the selected AI difficulty;
• music, sound effect, and haptic preferences; and
• your selected language preference.

This information remains in the App’s local storage and is not transmitted to the Developer or used to identify you.

4. Device Features and Permissions

The App uses local audio playback and system haptic feedback for gameplay. It does not request access to protected resources such as your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. The App does not require a network connection to play.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not contain third-party advertising, analytics, social login, or tracking SDKs. Apple may independently process information related to the App Store, app downloads, device diagnostics, and Apple services according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. That processing is controlled by Apple and is not data collection performed through the App by the Developer. You can review Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local game information remains on your device while the App is installed. You can erase campaign progress from the App’s Settings screen. You can remove all information stored by the App by deleting the App from your device. Because the Developer does not receive or store this information on a server, there is no server-side account or personal data record for the Developer to delete.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. It does not provide user accounts, user-generated content, chat, or communication features.

8. Security

The App minimizes privacy risk by keeping game progress and preferences on your device and by not transmitting them to the Developer. Local information is stored within the App’s iOS sandbox and is subject to the security protections provided by your device and operating system.

9. Changes to This Policy

If the App’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the new practices take effect. The latest version will show a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
