MoveClear Privacy Policy

MoveClear (“the App”) is a local furniture fit-check application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is treated.

1. Summary

MoveClear is designed to work fully offline. The App does not require an account, does not use analytics SDKs, does not show ads, and does not intentionally send your project data to our servers. Fit checks and saved projects stay on your device.

The App is built without networking features for core functionality. It does not use CloudKit, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social login providers.

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple may process information related to downloads, purchases, device compatibility, crash diagnostics, and App Store analytics under Apple’s own privacy policy. That processing is controlled by Apple, not by MoveClear’s in-app features.

5. Permissions

MoveClear does not require Camera, Photos, Location, Contacts, Bluetooth, or Tracking permissions for its current features.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App. You can delete saved checks from within the App settings (Delete All Saved Checks). Uninstalling MoveClear removes the App’s local data from that device, subject to normal operating-system behavior.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not operate online accounts or transmit user project data to us, we do not maintain child profiles.

8. International Users

MoveClear processes your entered project data only on your device. There is no MoveClear cloud transfer of saved fit-check projects in the current version.

9. Changes to This Policy

If the App later adds network features, accounts, analytics, or other data practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published.

MoveClear（“本应用”）是一款在 iPhone / iPad 上运行的本地家具通行测算应用。 本政策说明本应用如何处理信息。

1. 概要

MoveClear 设计为完全离线使用。本应用不需要账号，不使用分析 SDK，不展示广告， 也不会有意将您的项目数据发送到我们的服务器。测算与已保存项目均保留在您的设备上。

2. 本应用在设备上存储的信息

  • 您输入的家具尺寸与通道（门 / 走廊 / 转角）尺寸
  • 安全边距选择与测算结果
  • 已保存项目名称及相关检查记录
  • 应用偏好设置（如单位、语言、是否已看过引导）

上述信息使用设备本地存储（例如本地文件与 UserDefaults），不会由本应用上传到 MoveClear 后端。

3. 我们不收集的信息

  • 账号注册或登录信息
  • 应用内姓名、邮箱、电话或支付信息
  • 位置信息
  • 相机、照片、通讯录、蓝牙或麦克风权限
  • 用于追踪的广告标识符
  • 发送给第三方分析服务的事件数据

4. 网络与第三方

本应用核心功能不依赖网络，不使用 CloudKit、分析 SDK、广告网络或社交登录。 若您通过 Apple App Store 下载本应用，Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理下载、购买、 设备兼容性、崩溃诊断与 App Store 分析等信息；该处理由 Apple 控制，并非本应用的应用内功能。

5. 权限

当前版本不需要相机、照片、位置、通讯录、蓝牙或追踪权限。

6. 保留与删除

本地数据会保留在您的设备上，直到您删除数据或卸载应用。 您可在应用设置中使用“删除全部已保存检查”。卸载应用后，本应用的本地数据通常会一并移除 （以操作系统实际行为为准）。

7. 儿童

本应用不以儿童为主要对象，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。 由于本应用不运营在线账号，也不向我们传输用户项目数据，我们不会维护儿童用户档案。

8. 政策变更

若未来版本增加网络功能、账号、分析或其他数据处理方式，我们将在生效前更新本隐私政策， 并更新页面顶部的“最近更新”日期。
